Women's Empowerment

Empowering
women in business.

Leading the change to empower multicultural business owners across Melbourne. Connecting founders, leaders and entrepreneurs so they can learn and grow together.

Multicultural women across Melbourne are running real businesses. Founders, leaders and entrepreneurs. Engineers, accountants and consultants. Owners operating from a kitchen table, and professionals who arrived mid-career and built again from the ground up.

Most of them have never met each other. That is the only thing missing, and it is the one thing an event can actually fix. So we bring them together, keep it free, and let the connections do the rest.

Talented women, from every corner of Melbourne, in one room. That is the whole idea.

The mechanism

How it works

01

Connect

Women from every industry and background across Melbourne, in one room. Free entry, so nobody is filtered out.

02

Network

Real introductions on the day, made by name, and followed up afterwards.

03

Grow and celebrate

Workshops run by women who have done it, and awards for women who have built something remarkable.

Built by women, for real

Everything here was made by the people it is for

The workshops are written and delivered by women. The podcast is hosted by women. The awards are judged by women. The festivals are run by a women-led organisation.

That is the reason the mark exists: everything carrying it was built by the women it serves.
